These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SJRV website and purchases made through our online store. By using this website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to in them.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Product Information
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, images, availability and pricing accurate. However, errors or omissions may occur, and products or specifications may be updated by manufacturers from time to time.
Minor differences in colour or appearance may result from lighting, photography, manufacturing variation or screen display.
If a dimension, orientation, opening direction, feature, specification or compatibility requirement is important to your application, please contact us before ordering.
3. Dimensions, Compatibility and Installation
Before ordering and before permanent installation, you and your installer are responsible for checking the product dimensions, cut-out dimensions, configuration, orientation, opening direction, vehicle or application compatibility, voltage, electrical specifications and installation requirements relevant to your application.
Information supplied by SJRV does not replace inspection of the actual application or professional advice where appropriate.
Products should be installed in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions and other relevant requirements. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorised modification may not be covered by SJRV’s voluntary warranty.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and issue confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing, product or website error;
- payment is not authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- delivery to the nominated location is not reasonably available.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method where reasonably practicable.
5. Pricing, GST and Payment
Prices displayed on the Australian SJRV website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping, freight and other applicable charges are shown at checkout where available or communicated to you before dispatch.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where otherwise agreed or permitted by law.
Payment must be made using a payment method offered through our website or another method agreed with SJRV. We are not required to dispatch an order until payment has been received or authorised.
Third-party payment services are also subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.
6. Stock Availability
Website stock information may not always reflect real-time availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss reasonable options. Depending on the circumstances, these may include waiting for incoming stock, selecting an alternative product or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, freight, delivery and related arrangements are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
In-stock orders are generally processed and dispatched in accordance with the timeframes stated in that policy.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery may be affected by the destination, freight provider, product size, availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and reasonable access for delivery.
Where you provide an authority to leave, the carrier may leave the goods in accordance with that authority. Any risk associated with an authority to leave remains subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Returns, Refunds and Warranties
Change-of-mind returns, return freight, refunds, incorrect products and products damaged in transit are addressed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
SJRV provides an 18-month voluntary warranty against defects for products sold by SJRV, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy. Any additional or longer manufacturer warranty stated in relevant product documentation may operate separately.
Our Shipping & Returns Policy and Warranty Policy operate in addition to, and do not exclude or limit, rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes are not redeemable for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders; and
- eligibility may be limited by product, customer, location, minimum spend or promotion period.
Promotions and discount codes do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Website Accounts and Acceptable Use
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use automated means to access or extract website content contrary to law, or use the website or its content for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, photographs, product information and design are owned by or licensed to SJRV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any terms, guarantees or warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions or imposed by law are excluded.
Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it will be limited only to the extent and remedies permitted by applicable law.
15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural disasters, severe weather, industrial action, government action, supply interruption or system outages.
Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

If you have a concern about an order, product or our service, please contact us and provide your order details and relevant information so that we can investigate the matter.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, policies or legal obligations.
The version in effect when an order is accepted will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
